Return Process

  Upload clear images of the product and its original seal to ensure it meets our hygiene and safety standards for processing.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.

  Refund Issuance

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Sirona wallet within 7-10 business days.
